Hey guys, so I haven't written anything in awhile, mostly because I've been working, and haven't gone out skiing much. The snow hasn't been the best out here, and it's not worth going out and getting injured.

BUT, last night I decided to go try the new yoga studio in town called Mangala Yoga. It's a hot yoga studio, with two different classes to choose from. It's a very small studio that can fit about 15 people, but it was perfect.

Last night was my first night taking a yoga class in a long time, and it felt so good. I ended up leaving the yoga studio feeling amazing, I haven't sweat that much in a long time. So much that I was starting to slide off my mat in downward dog ha!

One of the really cool things about this studio is that you get a 30 day trial for 30 dollars if you're a new local student. You are limited to one class a day, but thats still a killer deal.

I wanted to share what my favorite part about the Lava Flow class was last night. That was the intention that the fill in instructor Naani shared, that "you can handle it." Whatever it is that is holding you back in class or in life, you can handle what is going on, emotionally, physically, or both. For me this brought my mind to being home and away from the people I care about in Washington. It's been about two weeks since I've come back, and I love being back, but, it's not the same when all your friends are still in school in different parts of the country. It makes it harder when you're kind of alone back home, and just working. So, to me, "you can handle it," meant that I can handle this next month of being here, and away from people I care about. It will go fast and, being here means that I can focus on myself, go to yoga, snowboard, and save some money before going back to school.

After just taking one class at Mangala I can't wait to go back to the studio again. It's a small studio, yet perfect, and it gives you the workout, the relief, whatever it is you need at the moment.

10/10 Highly recommend.

If you're in Telluride and looking for a place to go and take some hot yoga classes for a workout, go here.

I always forget how important it is to practice yoga when I fall out of practice. I'll be making more time to go as much as I can while here. I can't wait to continue my practice when I get back to Washington either.
